How to Mint, Buy and Sell NFTs on UniqArt. A Step-by-Step Guide

Here is some information on how to get started on uniqart.io :
How to mint/sell an NFT on UniqArt
To gain access to the website and all its features, users have to first connect their wallet to the UniqArt website.
1– Connect/create your NEAR wallet (wallet.near.org) (click here for information on how to create a wallet)
- Click on ‘Connect Wallet’ on the top right corner of the screen
- Allow uniqart.io to connect with NEAR. You will be asked to give permission to the network to spend upto 0.25 NEAR during use (this is just an allowance so your wallet connects to the site, you will not be charged)
- Your profile will be shown on the top right corner with your wallet address and balance
2– Create/Sell an NFT
- Click ‘Create’ to open the ‘Create NFT’ page
- Upload your desired piece of artwork/file (.png, .jpg, .gif, .mp4, .webp)
- Fill up the ‘Title’ and ‘Description’ section of your NFT
- Set a royalty for every future sale (this can be set to anything between 0–20%)
- Set the number of copies you want to mint of your NFT (each minted copy will have the title, description and royalties)
- Click on ‘Create Item’ and then ‘Confirm’
After your file gets uploaded successfully you will be asked to confirm a transaction fee of 0.01NEAR (~$0.14 or 10.4INR)
- Following confirmation your NFT will be listed on the Artist’s Marketplace for sale! You could check the ‘Creation’ tab for your listings.

How to buy an NFT on UniqArt
1– Connect your NEAR wallet (wallet.near.org)
2– Buy an NFT from the marketplace
- Click ‘Market’ to open the NFT marketplace
- Choose your desired NFT from the list
- Check NFT details (owner name, royalties, copies, bid price, etc) and place an bid
- After placing your offer, approve the transaction from your NEAR wallet (you will be charged a fee of 0.00001 NEAR)
- Check your offer in the ‘bids’ section on the NFT page
